Good Shipping Habits
It is important to follow these instructions to best prepare your product for shipment.
Picking your box
Match your box to the size and weight of your item(s). Use double-walled boxes for heavier items if possible. If reusing a box, remove all old labels, and make sure it's high-quality, with no holes, tears, or dents. Using a hard case such as Pelican, Calzone or Anvil Flight cases to name a few, is always the best way to protect your expensive and delicate gear.

Cushion, Cushion, Cushion!
More is better! Choose cushioning with enough density to keep items from shifting. Bubble wrap is great choice. Wrap and tape all sharp or protruding edges. If using peanuts, it is best to wrap the item in a bag to keep the unit free of debris.

Label
Firmly secure the label on the package's largest surface. For pouches, peel off the strip and seal the flap. It’s always a good practice to enclose a copy of the shipping label, business card or completed Shipping Form inside the box as well - just in case the outer label gets damaged or torn off.

Seal
With your box properly packed, apply at least three strips of packing tape (no duct or masking tape) that is at least 2" wide evenly across all flaps and seams, top and bottom, using the H taping method. If using a case, secure the case latches with zip-ties or equivalent.

Don't forget to print off a copy of your Shipping Form and enclose it before you seal your box or package!
